Stan Koyanagi

Stan Koyanagi is the General Counsel of ORIX Europe. He is also a Senior Managing Executive Officer, responsible for the Legal and Compliance Unit of ORIX Corporation, ORIX Europe’s parent company, as well as its Global General Counsel.

Stan Koyanagi also has roles for other ORIX Group companies including serving on the Supervisory Board of Robeco and on the Board of Directors for ORIX Corporation USA where he is also the General Counsel.

Before joining ORIX Corporation in 2013, he was with KB HOME in Los Angeles, California, as its Vice President and Associate General Counsel, and previously, he served as Vice President and General Counsel for ORIX Corporation USA from 1997 to 2004. Stan Koyanagi started his career in private law practice, notably as a partner at Graham & James LLP (now Squire Patton Boggs LLP).

Stan Koyanagi holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of Southern California and a J.D. from Stanford University.
